    We deal with all aspects of the day to day managing of properties that Octagon have tenants for or on behalf of clients that already have tenanted properties. It deal with:

    • Finding new tenants for clients
    • Organising referencing and checking suitability of prospective tenants
    • Arranging tenancy contracts
    • Arrange the move in and check in inspection / inventory of the property
    • Continuously liaise with tenants and feed maintenance issues to the maintenance department
    • Pursue tenants for non-rent payment
    • Arrange the moving out of tenants and check out / inventory report of the property

  • Property maintenance services

    We deal with the ongoing maintenance needs of properties that are under the management of Octagon as well as serving clients who want a one off or repeat service of one or more services that this department provides. The services include:

    • Cleaning
    • Lawn and tree care
    • Pest control
    • Minor repairs e.g. Water leaks, electrical problems etc.

  • Property remodelling and interior design

    We acquire property stock, renovate them to a high european modern chic standard and sell them on to the end user market. We deal with a turn-key operation from acquisition to disposal. It carries out all structural design, interior design and building works. We also offer this service to investors and clients looking to acquire properties requiring these services or clients that require design / building works on properties they already own.
